Vision & Mission of Master Program

Vission

Creating success through technology and humanity, with a focus on the common good, creativity, ecology, inclusivity, plurality and open dialogue, to elevate local potential to the global level based on the principle of Bakuning Hyang Mrih Guna Santyaya Bhakti.

Mission
  1. Providing education at bachelor’s and master’s levels that is able to utilize technology, business expertise, and contribute to sustainable progress by paying attention to its impact on the environment and society;
  2. Providing education that prioritizes the values ​​of the common good, creativity, ecology, inclusiveness, plurality and open dialogue, so that graduates are ready to become responsible leaders in a complex and continuously developing business environment;
  3. Building an inclusive and diverse academic environment that encourages open dialogue, a plurality of opinions, and allows students to learn, develop effectively, and consider different perspectives;
  4. Integrating work experience with education, increasing job opportunities, and strengthening the reputation of the Business Administration Study Program and the Master of Business Administration Study Program as superior programs in the fields of business administration and information technology;
  5. Preparing quality graduates in the fields of business administration and information technology with the principles of the common good, creativity and inclusiveness. Also, develop research and innovation to improve ecological sustainability as well as promote open dialogue in understanding plurality in the business environment;
  6. Provides practical learning experiences through collaboration with leading business and technology leaders, as well as promoting partnerships with local and international companies so that graduates have relevant skills and experience in diverse real-world business environments.
Objectives
  1. Producing Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration who are ready to become superior business people, innovative in implementing knowledge, and with dignity that is recognized at national and international levels;
  2. Producing research work in the field of Business Administration that elevates local potential to a global level and is useful both as a reference for current business issues and for developing scientific concepts and theories in Business Administration at bachelor’s and master’s levels;
  3. Producing community service activities and works that elevate local potential to a global level and are useful for increasing and improving the quality of social life and empowering communities in their ability to innovate and utilize technology in the business sector at undergraduate and master’s levels;
  4. Improving the quality and competence of lecturers who are able to compete at a global level.
Target
  1. Increasing the quality, competency and quantity of students and graduates, both bachelor’s and master’s degrees;
  2. Improving the quality of transformative learning activities by utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT);
  3. Maintaining national accreditation standards with a “Unggul” / “Excellent Accreditation” rating for Master’s (S2) study programs and striving to fulfill ACBSP international accreditation standards for Master’s study programs;
  4. Increasing the quality and quantity of research by lecturers and students;
  5. Increasing the quantity and quality of lecturers’ scientific publications in accredited and reputable journals both nationally and internationally;
  6. Increasing the quality and quantity of lecturers’ and students’ publications, both scientific and popular;
  7. Increasing partnerships and the quality of research collaboration with various stakeholders at various levels, both global, national and local;
  8. Increasing the quality and quantity of community service for lecturers and students;
  9. Maintaining and even increasing the accreditation of national scientific journals managed by the UNPAR Department of Business Administration (Minimum National Journal Ranking SINTA 1 or 2; maximum International Journal Ranking).
  10. Increasing partnerships and the quality of community service collaboration with various stakeholders at various levels, both global, national and local;
  11. Increasing the number of lecturers who have a functional position of at least Lector; and who has just been appointed at least an Expert Assistant within two years after being appointed as a permanent lecturer for 40 hours at UNPAR;
  12. Improving the quality of lecturers’ track records in the field of science and their works locally, nationally and globally;
  13. Improved structured and accountable organizational governance.
