Overview

The Bachelor of Business Administration Program (SAB) at Parahyangan Catholic University is designed to produce graduates who are competent in various aspects of modern business. The program offers two concentrations: General Business and Digital Business, providing students with the flexibility to choose a study focus that aligns with their interests and industry demands. With a structured and relevant curriculum, graduates are expected to navigate dynamic business challenges and become adaptive, innovative professionals across diverse industry sectors.

Specialization Program

The Business Administration Study Program offers two concentrations designed to address current and future challenges:

  • General Business Concentration
  • Digital Business Concentration

    Creating success through the integration of technology and humanity, emphasizing the common good, creativity, ecology, inclusivity, plurality, and open dialogue.

    Mission
    1. Delivering education at the undergraduate and master’s levels that leverages technology and business expertise while contributing to sustainable progress, with a strong emphasis on environmental and societal impact.
    2. Building an inclusive and diverse academic environment that encourages open dialogue, plurality of perspectives, and allows students to learn, grow effectively, and consider diverse viewpoints.
    3. Integrating work experience with education to enhance employability and strengthen the reputation of the Business Administration and Master’s in Business Administration programs as leading choices in business administration and information technology.
    4. Preparing high-quality graduates with expertise in business administration and information technology based on the principles of the common good, creativity, and inclusivity. The program also emphasizes research and innovation to promote ecological sustainability and foster open dialogue on pluralistic perspectives in the business environment.
    5. Providing practical learning experiences through collaboration with leading business and technology professionals and promoting partnerships with local and international companies to equip graduates with relevant skills and experiences for diverse real-world business environments.
    6. Delivering education that prioritizes values such as the common good, creativity, ecology, inclusivity, plurality, and open dialogue, preparing graduates to become responsible leaders in complex and continuously evolving business environments.

    Objectives

    1. Producing Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates in Business Administration who are prepared to become distinguished business professionals, innovative in applying knowledge, and dignified individuals recognized at national and international levels.
    2. Generating research in the field of Business Administration that highlights local potential on a global scale, serving as a reference for contemporary business issues and contributing to the development of concepts and theories in Business Administration at both undergraduate and master’s levels.
    3. Producing community service activities and projects that elevate local potential to a global level, contributing to the improvement of social life and empowering communities in innovation and technology utilization within the business field at both undergraduate and master’s levels.
    4. Enhancing the quality and competence of faculty members capable of competing on a global scale.

    Targets

    • Enhancing the quality, competence, and quantity of undergraduate and master’s students and graduates.
    • Improving the quality of transformative learning activities by utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
    • Maintaining national accreditation standards with an “A” or “UNGGUL” rating for the undergraduate program and pursuing international accreditation standards from ACBSP for both undergraduate and master’s programs.
    • Increasing the quality and quantity of research conducted by faculty and students.
    • Enhancing the quantity and quality of faculty publications in accredited and reputable national and international journals.
    • Increasing the quantity and quality of both academic and popular publications by faculty and students.
    • Strengthening partnerships and the quality of research collaborations with various stakeholders at the global, national, and local levels.
    • Enhancing the quality and quantity of community service activities by faculty and students.
    • Maintaining and improving the accreditation of national academic journals managed by the Business Administration Department at UNPAR (at least SINTA 1 or 2 for national journals and achieving international journal accreditation).
    • Strengthening partnerships and the quality of community service collaborations with various stakeholders at the global, national, and local levels.
    • Increasing the number of faculty members with at least the rank of Lecturer, and ensuring newly appointed faculty members obtain the rank of Assistant Professor within two years of being hired as full-time faculty at UNPAR.
    • Enhancing the academic and professional track records of faculty members at local, national, and global levels.
    • Improving structured and accountable organizational governance.
